When a family steps into The Merit School of Manassas, they enter a warm and inviting atmosphere that offers the best in early childhood education. We are located on Plantation Lane, in Manassas, conveniently located off of Sudley Road. We are proud to be accredited by Cognia, the gold standard for early childhood education program accreditation. From the brightly colored rooms, to the well-equipped classrooms, and fun playgrounds we offer children a home away from home. Our aim is to provide a welcoming environment for learning, exploration and growth and give top priority to the safety and security of each child.

I have worked for Minnieland for over 30 years. I love the people I work with, the children and families. I have always felt honored to have been given the opportunity to teach, inspire, and love all of these beautiful children and families. I cannot recommend this center enough. I am currently the Program Manager here. I have been employed here as of writing, 7 months. In this time I have learned way more than I have learned in my 15+ years in early childhood education. My administration team is very supportive and provides me with the creative freedom to add my own authentic flair to the program. The executive director Mrs. Nikia has helped guide me through learning the ropes here with the company and provided me with countless training opportunities to continue to grow. The assistant director Mrs. Dhammika provides love and comfort to all of the children she sees and she is a very hard worker.
