Learning Paths Academy Ashland is located in the Ashland community near Rt. 234 between Montclair and Manassas, Virginia. This location is proud to be accredited by Cognia. We serve families in the Woodbridge and Dumfries, Virginia area as well. More than just a day care center, Learning Paths Academy in Ashland, VA is your child’s home away from home. This Chesapeake Bay themed building has a warm and inviting foyer. Our large, bright classrooms create the optimal atmosphere for learning. The state of the art playground includes a full-sized basketball court with two working water geysers, and a lighthouse, make for a fun filled adventure every day. When you walk into our school, you will be welcomed into the Learning Paths family of well-trained and caring child care professionals who make learning fun and exciting.

I have worked for Minnieland for over 30 years. I love the people I work with, the children and families. I have always felt honored to have been given the opportunity to teach, inspire, and love all of these beautiful children and families. The reason I chose Minnieland out of the many daycares out there was because of the core value this family based childcare center was centered around. I cannot recommend this center enough. I am currently the Program Manager here. I have been employed here as of writing, 7 months. In this time I have learned way more than I have learned in my 15+ years in early childhood education. My administration team is very supportive and provides me with the creative freedom to add my own authentic flair to the program. The executive director Mrs. Nikia has helped guide me through learning the ropes here with the company and provided me with countless training opportunities to continue to grow. The assistant director Mrs. Dhammika provides love and comfort to all of the children she sees and she is a very hard worker.
