I have worked for Minnieland for over 30 years. I love the people I work with, the children and families. I have always felt honored to have been given the opportunity to teach, inspire, and love all of these beautiful children and families. The reason I chose Minnieland out of the many daycares out there was because of the core value this family based childcare center was centered around. That was, and still is the value of each child and their families that walk through our doors. I hold that same value and belief that we together can make a difference in the life of each and every child and their families in a loving learning environment.

I have been working for LLE Education Group for 9 years now. When I tell you that this learning facility is amazing, it's more than just words. The staff, families, and most importantly, the children, have helped me grow and become the best version of myself. The Administrative Team is very supportive
I cannot recommend this center enough. I am currently the Program Manager here. I have been employed here as of writing, 7 months. In this time I have learned way more than I have learned in my 15+ years in early childhood education. My administration team is very supportive and provides me with the creative freedom to add my own authentic flair to the program. The executive director Mrs. Nikia has helped guide me through learning the ropes here with the company and provided me with countless training opportunities to continue to grow. The assistant director Mrs. Dhammika provides love and comfort to all of the children she sees and she is a very hard worker. If you’re looking for childcare or a career in early childhood education The Merit School is for you
